Here's an ad for a local hospital. The circled word seems a little out of place for a health care facility, don't you think?

Competitively priced?
Competitive as in they are in the same league as other bigger name health care providers?
Do they have competitive hiring practices that bring in more skilled employees?
Competitive because their softball team only placed second last summer?
Or competitive because the nurse will arm wrestle you and if you win you don't have to pay for the anesthesia?
