Sorry, mom, you might want to think about biking it for a while

Yep, the price of gas has plummeted around here in the last week or so. I think we paid around $2.07 a couple of tanks ago, and now it's $1.859 at most places in Carthage (Jasper County). By contrast, my mother, who lives in The Dalles, Oregon (Wasco County) appears to be paying about 80 cents more per gallon, and she's driving a Ford Explorer. Yowchies!

Yup - Monday I paid 168.9 in Portland. I also have a 2000 Mazda 626 that gets better gas mileage, but I don't drive it on bad slippery roads, because it doesnt have snow tires and I'm not into sliding around like the video you had on you last blog!! When is spring coming??!

Nicole and I are most likely bringing Spring with us in March. Of course, we'll have to get it here before we can take it anywhere else. :)

Still kind of high here in Baja Gresham too, dude, but I never thought I'd be thankful to be paying only $2.75 for a gallon of Chevron Supreme (I do it though for the love of a 1972 VW Beetle).

$2.45/gallon for the Subaru.
