Or would it be, “Børk børk børk!”
Also, do you ever wonder why the plural form of knife is knives, but the plural of chef isn’t cheves?

Yep. And then they get fired because that's not what they're paid to do. And managment needs to hire a new crew to go "Bork Bork Bork!".

No, it would be "Börk Börk Börk!", because that sound is rendered with the umlauted O in Swedish. The slash-o is actually a Danish thing.
